Reviews and Ratings
Staying at the hotel was a pleasant experience with comfortable rooms and friendly staff. The location is convenient for exploring shopping districts and enjoying local dining options. However, the dining choices may not fully meet international expectations.
I was thrilled with my stay at the hotel. The rooms were spacious, with a bit of wear and tear, but they were very clean overall, and the beds were so comfortable. The view from my room was epic, overlooking the amusement park and the big wheel, making it feel like a scene from the anime Honey and Clover. The service was exceptional, with staff who were not only friendly but also exceptionally helpful. The location was perfect, with easy access to shopping centers, the subway station, and even the train station for seamless travel. Dining offered a great variety of Japanese and western foods, though the prices were a tad high. Facilities were top-notch, making the whole experience even better.
I had an incredible stay at this hotel! The rooms were spacious and offered a beautiful view of Minato Mirai area, Cosmoworld, Yokohama city, and the harbor. The service was exceptional, with staff being friendly and very helpful. The location was perfect, in a high-class neighborhood of Yokohama with easy access to all main attractions. The dining experience was extensive, offering a good variety of choices. Overall, a great value for the money.
My stay at the hotel was fantastic overall. The rooms were spacious and offered great views from the balconies, but the breakfast was quite average, resembling typical options from American business hotels. The location was superb, with easy access to nearby attractions and shopping areas, although I did find the dining experience to be somewhat lacking in variety.
